It is important to have excellent salesmanship and become familiar with all products on the
sales floor. As a Sales Representative, you will be coordinating and overseeing retail
sales from start to finish. As such, excellent communication and time management skills are a must.

Duties / Responsibilities:_*

• Handling incoming spa sales from start to finish.
• Cold calling and lead generating on a daily basis. Maintaining sales leads are a must.
• Following up with prospective clients.
• Assisting clients in making spa selections and placing orders.
• Preparing and submitting sales agreements for orders.
• Setting proper expectations and making sure clients have all the information they need.
• Working closely with the Customer Experience Coordinator to ensure delivery goes smoothly.
• Ensuring that the client is satisfied with the delivery & service they received.
• Maintaining showroom cleanliness and stocking items as needed.
• Executing sales events under the direction of the Marketing team and Store Manager.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Experience in sales. Retail experience preferred.
• Understands the sales process and dynamics.
• Understands how to negotiate and close deals.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Ability to successfully manage customer relationships.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements:_*

• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing throughout the showroom.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.

Pay*: Hourly wage of $18 per hour with a commission of 3% on spa sales. With this pay structure, there is a potential to make up to 3 figures.
